When designing a standard bathroom the best layout if size permits is to have the basin, toilet shower all on the same wall. This bathroom has an internal soil pipe, behind the bath, we suggested boxing out the area from floor to ceiling behind the bath so that all the main items can be fitted on one wall. The drawing below is the agreed layout for the bathroom renovation.
