The bathroom is a very typical family bathroom. The size of the bathroom measures 180cm wide by 170cm long.
The total price for this high quality fitted family bathroom was £7,800, the price includes every element, supplied and fitted.
Originally the bathroom was made up with a three piece bathroom suite, bath toilet and pedestal basin. The pedestal basin hung slightly over the bath. The drawing below is of the original bathroom and shows the original layout.
The clients requested some storage be added to the bathroom. The width of the room being 180cm didn’t give much space for many options of storage. The best solution we could offer was a combined basin and toilet vanity unit measuring 1000mm wide. This will allow for the required leg room between the toilet pan and the wall next to the toile when sitting on the toilet. The image below shows the design of the bathroom and the gaps around the 1000mm wide combined vanity basin.
Labour included in the price
We removed all of the bathroom including the bathroom wall and floor tiles. We prepared the walls and ceiling, plumbed the bathroom where needed. All waste materials are correctly removed and the waste materials recycled where possible.
The price included the fitting of the new bathroom, tiling, plastering, painting the ceiling and all electrical work.
The wall tiles are porcelain tiles finished with light grey grout and grey silicon in the corners.
The floor tiles are porcelain tiles 60cm by 60cm.
